The New Welcome Dashboard and Experience for Onboarding For Free Trials
With this launch, we've created two new widgets to aid sellers to understand the value delivers right from the beginning.
Dashboard Update #1: Checkout Preview Widget
We've first enabled Checkout Preview which, with the ability to customize localization and branding, you'll be able to see what your checkout can look like using our Dashboard.
Dashboard Update #2 TCO Calculator
We've also enabled the TCO Calculator. By using this tool, you'll be able to better understand how saves you money in comparison to DIY providers such as Stripe. We suggest you take a look and contact our sales staff to know how we can help your business save costs.
Apart from these two widgets we've added more blocks to give you additional information, such as: new product updates, customer stories, thought of the day, developer documentation and more.
A New and Improved Webhook Status Reporting
As we go into 2023, we are striving for improvements that will enhance our platform and make it more user accessible to developers. In this regard, we've released a new Webhook Log, which provides detailed data for all of your webhook event. Now, understand which webhook events belong to, what ID it's associated with, how many attempts were attempted, and more directly from the website.
Not only will you get an overview of the event, but you'll also be able to see the details about the event, including its JSON payload as well as its history of responses. You can also select criteria such as the type of event, its the date of creation, status as well as other criteria to help streamline your review of each webhook you're making use of. Pay for payments through ACH Transfers
now fully supports ACH transactions for all of its sellers. Customers in the US or Canada have the ability to leverage ACH not only for once-off transactions but also for rebills for subscriptions, etc.
