Tell us about your community and why people gather.

My community is known as Conscious Collective, and it's designed for those who want to realize their full potential and their strength. The members of our community realize the fact that we're all connected and we're all together, and we bring that awareness into spirituality. There is the opportunity to train and the opportunity to challenge ourselves for mindfulness, meditation and personal development that focus on making spirituality accessible as well as accessible and enjoyable. Everybody loves the brand new challenge system, the Live Room as well as the Leaderboard functionality.

How structured is your community?

We have two main circles within Conscious Collective for now. The number of circles will grow as we progress. Most of the action happens within "The Forum". The Forum is for discussion on all topics, challenge discussions and shares, and invitations to live events. We also have a "Spirit Market" group for members to feature, buy or sell their metaphysical art and accouterments. Regular challenges, group meditations, classes, and other activities are held in The Forum / Live Room (which is so much more effective than Zoom!). The Forum is adding virtual coworking evenings, art nights, as well as oracle nights during the month.

I also use the new platform for my premium membership as well as my VIP mentorship group.

A recent community win

People are really embracing this platform. Members are asking for things like art and oracle night, and a few others, and they want to participate and be the host.

A top tip for all other Heroes

The Leaderboard is fantastic! Every month we offer a prize to the winner. This month's prize was a box of Onyx Coffee, one of the top roasters of coffee across the US. This isn't a massive giveaway, but it adds some fun to the competition and is great for involvement.

How is your community structured?

Using the newest portal within the mastermind community allows us to scale on a whole new level. We can now hype one another up for challenges, share wins, and make even stronger connections. Being able to have live conversations and lessons is another great tool we use to ensure that we keep our engagement high.

A recent community win

One of the biggest wins to Stylist Soul Tribe this year has been that we reached 100 members within the mastermind group and we were so excited to officially launch the collective in January to grow even more! The Stylist Soul Tribe is hosting a vision casting workshop happening soon where we discuss the mindset as well as working with vision along with the full cycle of success.

Top tip for the other Heroes

A tip that I could offer is to give space to your community creatively. Many of the major concepts and innovations that have come from the mastermind are inspired by the people within. A lot of connections have been formed naturally by giving an environment for them to happen. has given me the tools to create a framework which is in place and runs smoothly to allow me to show up as authentically as is possible to my fellow members.

Describe your community and why people gather.

The Kathy Keats Community is an incredible collection of pet lovers who recognize that realizing your full potential in dog sports (or anything else) isn't only about the development of skills. It's about growing. It's impossible to fool a dog. They are amazing mirrors that make us feel humble, push us to confront our weaknesses and motivate us to become more effective ... for them, for ourselves, and to those around us.

How is your community structured?

It's still an experimental process of creating the ideal format for my community. Right now, I'm employing (or I'll be using) it in three different ways: one is as an addition to online courses and the third is as an accountability group that provides a positive with its own membership, and a third way is as a free area for me to interact with my audience and bring them into my ecosystem. I use a combination of live events, the Live Room feature and Challenges to keep people interested and engaged in my classes. I also write weekly blog posts for my community members and will be implementing conversations in the free area in order to know which topics and guest guests will be popular on my podcasts.

The top tip for others Heroes

If you are using community as part of online classes, think about integrating the community first before the date of your course's official start and get your audience engaging there with an opening week live event, competition or leader board scavenger hunt -- because the community is the place where the biggest learning curve will be and then you can open up your area of instruction. This will help prevent overwhelm and make it easier to connect to the specific lesson in the class.

A recent community win

The most recent course was a huge hit, mostly because a lot of my clients aren't techie however they were able to take part in live Q&As due to the user-friendly interface. I've had more face-to-face live participation in the online community than I have ever had through other conference tools since the technology wasn't getting in the way.

Tell us about your community and why you are there.

The community I am part of, the Level Up Club, is for people who are creative, entrepreneurs, as well as changemakers, to come together and connect with like-valued people that want to learn, level up and create a positive impact in the world.

What are the structures of your community?

Two access groups "The Community" which is free for anyone to join. The other is "The Golden Circle Mastermind" which is my paid mastermind group. I currently have five circles: one community is one for general posts, Bookish is for talk about books and podcasting is for, you guessed it -- podcasters. And, NLP and Hypnosis for people interested in discussing this, as well as one for my masterminds. The challenges have been great entertaining and my group loves getting involved. So far the challenges have been about getting to know each other in addition to mindful and healthy living. Meetups are an excellent way to bring new people into the community by sharing the event on social media.
