Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'd like to thank you for getting our Springie award. It's been a long time since we first announced it. We hope you weren't completely shocked when we revealed it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely stunned. It's incredible what we have achieved together as a team - that's what we are as a PSI team. It's one of the most impressive groups of people I've had the privilege of working alongside. The conversation they had to say about the work I do was incredibly moving. However, those same sentiments can be reversed and directed toward each. All of us have each others backs. Whatever any one of us do individually can be a thing we're accountable together in both good and bad. So if something goes wrong it is our duty to step in to fix the problem. That's why I would not have achieved without them. They're very important to me. In fact, I'm talking about much more than the prize, absolutely. The prize certainly felt good to receive it.

Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. Additionally, it was incredible to be the observer as well as hearing all of your team members have the chance to interact to share their stories and memories. It's great hearing how meaningful this team member is to you, and how much fun you've enjoyed here. While you consider how you can win the Springie Award, and living by the principles of being a change maker by seeking to understand and implementing actions in a timely manner What tips would you give to those I believe have been here for nearly nine years. What can you do to ensure that you live those values? What is the most effective way to incorporate them into your daily life?

Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've worked with many different organizations with different values. The values that we have currently closely reflect my core values. Therefore, living in a world without these values is a bit odd to me. It's not something I'm conscious of to be making, but it's an effort I make. This is how I conduct my daily life. Be a positive influence and understanding the significance of your work are fundamental principles that are the basis of what I do every single day. The fact is that we are in close contact with sellers who are getting onboarded. This is about empathizing with them, and cooperating with them in understanding what they face and find the solution quickly and provide them with the ideal selling experience. It's just the way that I conduct my daily life. It's wonderful to have a company that is like the way I do things and I don't need to consider it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple to forget about it, especially when it's a part of who you are. In reflecting on your experiences here, what have been your most satisfying aspects of being in this place ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure that you've noticed I've been on the site for quite a while. But at the base of my being, I'm excited to do my work, you know, and what's the reason? It's because the reason I've said before the individuals that whom I work with are best in class. And the platform that can be used, within the merchant of record space, is leading in the space, and I'm able to work with those amazing people in shaping what's coming in the coming years . It's the reason that I'm here.
