In just nine years it's nothing to be a surprise to learn that Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Award! Jon is an experienced Senior Solutions Architecture Architect who regularly exemplifies the core principles of the company that is being an influential. Jon's influence is evident through his interactions with the people whom he meets, and also with his customers. Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'd like to thank you for your gratitude for your Springie award. This has been long overdue. We hope you're not surprised by the information we've provided.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. We know how we work as a collective in PSI. PSI is a group. They're among the most impressive colleagues I've ever been fortunate to work with. being able to hear opinions of coworkers about my work was uplifting. However, the phrase could be altered and directed towards everyone. Everyone is a victim. Each action we make is a part of our collective effort regardless of whether it's satisfactory or not. If something doesn't go according to plan or doesn't work We'll work together in making the necessary changes. There's no way I'd manage without their help. They are extremely important to me. They are more important than any award, definitely. This was indeed an honor to be a part of the presentation.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. It was a wonderful experience to see and to be able to listen to all the gathering to discuss the experience as well as those memorable moments. It's stunning to hear about the significance of every member of your group is. It's a great time to talk about your learnings from your experience. As you consider your own experience as of a winner for this award, you'll have the chance to reflect on the experience having been a winner of The Springie Award, and living to the purpose of creating a positive impact in your actions and thoughts rapidly. What suggestions could you offer to those that are about to complete the nine-year period of the company. What suggestions can you offer to assist in the effort to become a better person who you live life in accordance to these guidelines? Which is the most effective approach to incorporate these principles into your everyday routine?

Jon Tewes:You are aware of the possibility of me being given the privilege of working with a variety of organizations with distinct values. My present approach aligns with my core principles. So, the way I conduct my daily life in a different way isn't much distinct from my own. It's not an intentional decision, but something I strive toward. That's how I view my daily routine. Believing in the power and value of different opinions and being cognizant of the need to know your options These are the fundamental ideas that drive my actions every day. Our team is actively engaged with the sellers that have been accepted to join the program. We aim to communicate with sellers and help them identify what the issues might be prior to figuring out the quickest method to solve it. Then, we provide sellers with the most satisfying selling experience. This is how I handle my everyday routine. It's an absolute pleasure to discover an organization that is a genuine representation of my life. It's not even necessary to consider what that means.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's not difficult for anyone to overlook the problem yet it's actually essential to the objective you're trying to reach. As you think about your job experience what is the most memorable thing about your experience?

Jon Tewes:Well this is precisely what it states. When I last hung around, it was an extended period. I am in the middle of is a need to pursue the pursuits which I'm obsessed with. You've heard. What are you thinking about? As already mentioned, my coworkers have been encouraging me to be the best I can at school. The platform is available.
