How do "delegation" and "collaboration" collaborate for better team efficiency?
BC C: The delegating of tasks is vital because it makes sure that everyone knows exactly what they're contributing to the team, and assures that nothing gets lost through the cracks. Everyone should feel a sense of responsibility, belonging as well as independence.
When I use the term "task," I mean an action that is connected to the accomplishment of a job. Everyone on the team must know exactly what they are supposed to complete. The tasks should be set up at a point where all are able to clearly see what they are expected to complete the next time, and at an area in which everyone can see the current status of the project's many moving parts. BC: I would suggest three suggestions.
The first step is to find a reliable system that is able to be easily adjusted to meet the requirements of the group. The goal is to create the system that will give an accurate picture of what each individual's role is in addition to things that still need to be completed.
The second is to be a clear communicator and aids in progress. sure to eliminate any obstacles that are slowing someone's progress.
Be aware that establishing a good team workflow usually requires using some trials and error. If something isn't working in a matter of days or weeks, don't consider it as a loss. Be prepared to adapt and modify the equipment to suit your needs.
There is a lot to be done in just one day. What can you do to stay in the forefront of your field?
BC I find that for me, it's about discovering my most creative moments the times when my mind is overflowing with thoughts. I make sure to capture each of them since I'm not always able to have enough time at the moment. I've discovered that the ability to pinpoint and then implement that I can go back to later is vital to me. How do I handle the time in between? The team I work with can attest I drink copious amounts of coffee.
