Louise Cherry Barber: Jon Congratulations on securing our Springie award. This is much overdue. We hope you're a little stunned when we revealed it.
Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. It's amazing what we can count on as a team- in our PSI team. It's one among the best teams of people I've had the privilege of working with. And to listen to what they said about what I do was incredibly moving. However these exact words could be reversed and aimed at each and every one of them. We really have each other's backs. And anything that any individuals do is something we take responsibility for as a team as well as good and bad. So if something goes wrong and something goes wrong, we'll all join forces to fix the issue. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to have accomplished it without those guys. They're very special for me. And, you know, much more than the prize, certainly. But the award definitely felt good to receive it.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. It was truly amazing for me as an observer all of your team members be able to go around sharing stories of the impact that you've had. It's also great to hear that the team's importance has been to your experience here. As you contemplate the Springie Award, and living by the principles of making a difference, Seeking to Understand and acting with urgency, what advice do you offer to people who- you know, you've been with us for nearly nine years. How do you -- what do you do to live these principles? How can you make them real?
Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've worked with many different organizations with various values. And the set of values that we have right now r eally mirror my own core values. Thus, living without them can be a bit alien to me. This isn't a conscious decision, something that I strive to achieve. This is how I view the world. Making a difference, understanding, and being urgent about what you're doing are our basic principles which guide the way I conduct my business each day. We're working directly with sellers that are getting on board. You know, relating with them, and cooperating with them to know what the issue is to find a answer quickly and give them the best experience to sell is my way of living my day-to-day life. It's really nice to have a business that is like the way I do things and I don't be required to do anything.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple to forget about it, when it's a part of your identity. In reflecting on your experiences in this space, what were your most satisfying elements of your life ?
Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed that I've been with you for a long time. But at the base of it, I'm jazzed to get my job done I mean, so why is that? It's because, as I've already mentioned that the people, the people I work with. I think it's better to be in a class. We also have a platform. are able to use, within the market of merchants of record, we are leaders, and I have the privilege of working alongside those incredible people in shaping our future . This is why I'm here.
