We'd like to share a bit about Olorisupergal.com. What's the history behind this?

Olorisupergal.com is a site to promote entertainment and lifestyle. It was established by Oluwatosin Ajibade. It launched 2010.

How did your journey to developing your business online and becoming an entrepreneur begin? Do you think that you would like to be a part of your company?

My journey began in 2008, when I signed up on Facebook and began my journey from there. I never thought about being an entrepreneur back then because I had the 9-5 job. Marketing on social media was easy since I knew the nuances of it as well as the messages that users want to hear. As time passed, I learned how to make use of all platforms, and I began increasing my followers. The beginning of my online venture was me on my cell phone, working on it before it ever grew to be a full-time business with the entire staff working alongside me. So far, the journey was rewarding!

Tell us about the toughest moments you've faced during your travels and how you were able to make it through the difficult time?

There have been times when I've had to face difficult situations on this subject. What I do know with absolute certainty is that issues usually happen when you're unprepared. If you're faced with these issues there are many aspects that are going to be tested. The way you react to these challenges will affect the result. The most memorable incident I've ever had was the time we had our Instagram account was hacked in 2017. We had work for clients that we had to do and were unable to access our accounts due to hackers. I was in a panic for a while but wasn't sure of the best way to proceed, until I contacted Facebook to get help. The issue was fixed within just two days. We've also had problems with our website as well as our Twitter as well as Facebook pages, but the problems will eventually be solved. We've been operating for quite a while. period of time, the transition is mostly about the experiences and knowing how to deal with those issues, not about the preparation to deal with these issues.

Do you have a thing you're regretting that you did not perform sooner or better in your career? Are you able to offer some suggestions to women of a different race that may be experiencing the same issue?

The one thing I am sorry about is that I didn't have an organized system because I was unaware that the extent to which I could do this for a number of many years. It began as a hobby for me. It was a different thing when I started, and it is now a serious enterprise that I make a profit out of. One thing I was looking to learn in the beginning was how to establish an organization for my business and that's one of the things that isn't being done.

For any woman from a other race that wants to succeed as an entrepreneur, it's essential to possess determination to succeed, a dedication, and passion that can result in a profit. Don't just do it because everybody else does it. What differentiates you from another individuals is the worth you can provide to your employer Your worth, your capacity to resolve problems, and dedication to making money.

What has your experience been like in the business world taken you as a female of the color of black? Have you faced any obstacles that you'd like to share with others? Do you have any golden motivational/inspirational nuggets that you would share to your younger self?

The business experience was a difficult one. One of the things I'd recommend is to believe you're a decent person. We all feel that we're not good enough or suitable for certain positions The it goes further. If you are confident that you are a good person, then you can overcome barriers. One thing that has kept me going for years is the belief that this is possible and that it is possible. I've had a lot of down times and individuals saying"NO" for me. What I'm left with are me and my vision. If you're sure of your own unique talents, all you need is the stage, so present them with the very best that you can offer!

The moment you realized the importance of Social Media was an integral component of your company's brand?

It became apparent that social media was essential component of my business or brand in the year 2012. I decided to take the issue serious by creating my own brand and business's. It took a lot of effort, time and dedication to be able to build these branding brands. There is no easy way to create a brand like sustaining a business through social media today.

Do you have two experiences which have helped you to get away from the practice of charging companies for influencer-related services on the internet? Was the experience in the beginning difficult? Do you have anxiety about making a payment?

What I've learned through my experience working for of brands with influencers' help online is to create trust, have integrity and know the brands' goal and vision. Brands are thrilled when they know them well and will give exactly what they want and expect. It was a challenge to start the process since I wasn't sure what kind of job I was getting myself into. I was employed as a part-time business for me. I was skeptical about it until it became apparent to me that this was what I am called to do.

The book you wrote is fantastic! The reason you chose to publish an entire book? Do you have any advice for those who are considering creating a book?

My first novel was published titled Olorisupergal A journey from Social Misfit into Social Media Hero. I wrote this book in order to motivate entrepreneurs such as myself that want to generate profits by expressing their enthusiasm for. Today's world of social media has changed. The book I wrote was designed to share my personal story, and how I started my professional career in 2008, and the way I built it into the point it is now. The goal of this book is to convey my story to the world. You can purchase it through Amazon kindle!

What do you think of sharing your excitement as well as personal stories with your business on Social Media?

It's a joy doing it because it's my job, and I'm extremely obsessed with the process.

Could you explain how someone is able to narrow their focus? Are there any advice you can offer to help someone be noticed in the online world?

There are ways where people can carve their niche through social media. There is a well-established fact that influencer marketing could be a way to go when it comes to digital campaigning.

A growing number of brands across the globe have embraced Influencer Marketing through collaboration with powerful people in order to market their products. If you've ever thought of becoming an Influencer, this is the ideal opportunity to begin!

Here are some ideas to create a niche and follow through with action

  1. Create a brand for yourself If you've focused less on your company, creating content to help the sale of your company it's now time to think about the ways you can create material that will provide an additional advantage to viewers as well as create your own brand at the same time.
  2. Retell authentic stories
Social media is built on telling stories, and the very best marketing material is built on the stories. If you are looking to create an audience that you can gain from it's essential to produce authentic content.
  3. Create compelling content
One method to ensure that people who follow you already as an entrepreneur as well as those that you'll attract will listen to you is to produce appealing content.
  4. Grow your influence using videos
Before you start engaging companies in any way, you must be sure you've got an influence on your followers. Go live once a week, or use your IGTV for longer content. YouTube is a fantastic platform.

Influence simply means getting your followers to take action through your thoughts or suggestions.
If you want to grow your following, then you'll need to start giving them ideas or things to perform within your area of expertise and watch how your audience reacts to the ideas you offer.

It can take time to establish an audience that is highly engaged and get them to commit to changes. But this is a journey you need to undergo when you want to establish yourself as an influential professional within your field of expertise. It can take time to master the basics right before you can reap by influencing, however you can accelerate the learning process with the correct expertise and guidance.

Do you have a story to share about how you were able to lead an amazing team in your company, Olorisupergal? What was the moment you realized you needed to engage aid?

It was my first attempt to have people work for me in 2012 when I was still the only person who was working on the job. Management of people hasn't been the easiest thing and that's why I hired an HR service to manage the task for us. It's not a simple task managing the people you manage, so seek aid if you need assistance!
