What are your thoughts on the way you dress?

It's somewhere between realistic and stylized illustrations. I tend to use muted colors and shades and generally work with natural, fluid shapes. I think that my "style" as a fantasy illustration artist is heavily dictated by the color palette I choose to use as well as the subjects that I decide to paint however it's not always how paints. I was previously working with more of a straight line style, but recently I've moved to a more fluid and expressive style.

What's the secret to creating your drawings of fantasy art?

I'm mulling over them until I can see it is closest to what I see it in my head (within the parameters, otherwise I'd have to work for months in a single drawing). I'm trying to expand my lines to the limit and not settle for poor quality images. I'd prefer to take an extended amount of time to finish the illustration right instead of rushing through it.

What can people see in the fantasies you've drawn?

I'll participate in the coming "Oceans and Currents" exhibit on display at the Gallery Nucleus in July! While you wait, you can find me via my Instagram account. Prints can be purchased at my online store Bandcamp If anyone is in the market!

Also, I have a YouTube as well as Bandcamp for those who wish to know more about my work as I'm planning to release new songs in the near future.

I completed my studies at my college, the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and I work currently in the realm of entertainment art as an illustrator and concept artist. Furthermore, I'm currently working on a creative project called Pearl Farm that I make drawings. I also write and sing original songs.

The illustration for this article originate from my work Pearl Farm. The story is one that I wrote, and is about the journey of a musician named Vinny and her dog Ray Hubble as they make their way across the globe called"the Lofty Coastline.
