If you have ever thought about launching an online social network and you're certainly not the only one. Research has revealed that 60% of companies belong to a group online with a brand and around 15% are planning to begin one within the next 12 months. From intimate masterminds, to massive ecosystems that have hundreds of members that are as cheap as free to large amounts of money, the possibilities to manage the online community are limitless.

Let us know about your community and why you're there.

My group , known as Conscious Collective is for people willing to embrace their potential and their strength. Our members recognize that we're all in the same boat and we're all one as a whole, and carry that awareness into spirituality. We provide classes along with challenges that focus on mindfulness, meditation and personal development focused on making spirituality accessible in a way that is accessible and enjoyable. The brand challenges are a hit with everyone, which are new to the system. the Live Room, and the leaderboard.

What's the structure and structure of your group?

Two major circles are the Conscious Collective at present. When we grow, we'll expand. Most of our activity is conducted in "The Forum". The forum is an area to discuss all sorts of issues, challenging conversations and send invitations to events which are live. In addition, we provide the "Spirit Market" platform where members are able to showcase the sale, purchase or trade metaphysical works as well as accouterments. Group meditations regular challenges classes as well as different activities take place inside The Forum / Live Room (which is SO much better than Zoom in my opinion!). The Forum will be adding coworking via virtual technology and evenings of art, as well as oracle nights during the month of March.

Furthermore, I use this website to purchase my premium membership and my private mentorship group.

Recent community wins

A lot of people are beginning to get on board with the site. Members are now asking for occasions like art night or a night of oracles as well as a variety of activities. They are eager to be engaged and perhaps even the host.

Top tip for other Heroes

The Leaderboard is fantastic! Every month we offer prizes for the top winners. This month's prize was a tin of Onyx Coffee. It is one of the best-known roasters in the US. This isn't a massive giveaway but it can add excitement to contests and could be great for engaging.

Which is the makeup in your team?

The latest portal available within the mastermind community lets us increase our reach to a whole new level. This allows us to get each other up for the next challenge as well as discuss the successes and build even more connections. The ability to conduct live class and call calls is a great tool for keeping the engagement up.

Recent community awards

One of the biggest wins for Stylist Soul Tribe this year was that we were able to have 100 people in our mastermind group. We are so excited to start the Stylist Soul Tribe in January and continue to expand! There will be an upcoming casting vision workshop shortly, where we'll discuss visualization and thinking, as well as all the steps to success.

The top tip for others Heroes

One suggestion I'd like to make is that you create a group of members who can express their creative ideas. A majority of the most important ideas and concepts that have come from the mastermind are generated by people in the mastermind. A lot of connections were made naturally through the provision of an environment that allows for connections to form. This allows me to use tools which have enabled me to build a framework to run smoothly in order to present up the most authentically possible to my fellow members.

We'd love to hear about your neighborhood as well as the reason for being there.

The Kathy Keats Community is a fantastic group of pet lovers who recognize that realizing the maximum potential of dogs in dog-related sports (or any other activity) doesn't just involve developing abilities, it's about becoming. There is no way to fool the dog. The dogs are fantastic mirrors. They make us feel humbled, encourage us to confront our weaknesses and encourage us to be more effectively ... to us in our private lives as well as to those who surround us.

What's the organizational structure in your local community?

It's still an experimental process to develop the perfect program for my class. Presently, I'm making use of (or I'm going to utilize) the following three options: one is to add an additional component to online classes, two will provide a sense of accountability and support members in their own way as well as the third option is to make a totally open space to interact with my readers and bring members into my group. I use a mixture of live meetings and the Live Room feature and Challenges to keep my listeners active and engaged with the classes. Additionally, I produce regular updates for my subscribers of the community. I also plan to start chats in the free space in order to figure out which topics as well as guests will become well-liked on my podcasts.

The top tip for the other Heroes

If you're planning to use communities to supplement your online courses, think about integrating it initially prior to the start date for the course and make sure that students are engaged during the opening week by participating in a in-person activity, competition or leaderboard scavenger hunt -- because this is the place where most learning curves will be experienced when you enter your zone of instruction. This will help you avoid overwhelming as well as make it easier for you to link to certain sections within your course.

Recent community awards

The most recent course has been a great success, due to the fact that many attending my courses do not have the technical skills, yet could easily participate during live Q&As due to the intuitive user interface. Live events had more face-to face participation within the community online that I could have had with other conferencing tools because the technology didn't get in the way.
