The job to complete The sales team needs to transfer self-service sales into your CRM so they can see customer purchases for their upsell and upgrade strategies for customers who self-serve.

In our next built in this series we're featuring a build by Fred Linfjard showing how you are able to integrate self-serve transaction on your site with Salesforce within a matter of minutes. This build also shows you an illustration of the way Zapier can be used to gather data via webhooks. You can then pass information on to another service Zapier could integrate with.

The second portion of this build Fred demonstrates how you can use Zapier's trigger to detect webhooks, and generate records within Salesforce. The creation of records within salesforce using  webhooks allows teams to assign sign-ups and self-service transactions to opportunities. It gives the team one record for all transactions within their company. they can use the records to help advertise upsells, add-ons as well as upgrades for clients.
