Honor excellence: Jon Tewes Receives the Q4 2023 Springie Award -

For nearly 9 years, it comes to no surprise to learn that Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Award! Jon is an architect with a senior position who has consistently shown the exemplar of our core values: Making a Difference, Trying to comprehend, and Act in a timely manner. The evidence is in his approach to life which is centered around compassion and awe.

Jon's work for the company is obvious through the solid relations he shares with supportive colleagues and customers. When he was able to work in the company's Amsterdam workplace, Jon effortlessly collaborated with all of us, helping in strengthening our relationships around the globe. This included a variety of one-on-one meetings with various staff members from our sales department, which included SDRs, AEs and managers. One of the highlights of this international cooperation was the shift in his timetable to make his day start earlier for four weeks straight to personally instruct our brand new Sales Manager Marco Aguero. Marco could begin working with clients all on his own in a few weeks because of this effort. Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'd be happy to felicitate you on being awarded this Springie award. It's long overdue. We hope you weren't completely shocked when we made it public.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely shocked. We know what we can count on for a collective that is the PSI team. The most amazing team that I've ever been member of and to hear the things that they said regarding my work was truly inspiring. But just as easily these specific words can be reversed to be directed towards each of them. Everyone has each other's backs. Whatever any one individual of us does takes credit on behalf of the entire team as well as good and bad. If something doesn't go as planned then we all jump in together in order to solve the problem. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to have accomplished it without those guys. They mean a lot to me. You know, much more than the award, absolutely. However, it was nice to get it.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome. It was quite an experience to be watching and hearing every person of your team members be able to go around and talk about their stories and experiences. It's amazing to know what the team's importance is to you and to your experience at this location. If you consider this award as a Springie Award, and living up to the values of creating a positive impact, Seeking to Understand and acting promptly method What suggestions do you give to those who- you know, have been with us for nearly nine years. How can you carry out your day-to-day activities, live by those values? What can you do to bring these values into your daily your daily life?

Jon Tewes:You have probably noticed that I've worked in a variety of firms with different beliefs. The values we're living today closely reflects my basic values. So not living them seems strange to me. It's not a conscious attempt, something I strive to accomplish. It's just the way I live my life. Making a difference and knowing how important the work you're doing are basic principles that guide me each day. It's true that we're working closely with sellers who are getting on board. It's about interacting with them, and working with them to really know what issues they face and find a fast solution and giving them the best experience to sell. That's how I conduct my daily everyday life. We are fortunate to have an organization that operates the way I already do this, which means that I needn't try.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple for you not to think about it when it's a part of who you are. In reflecting on your experiences in this article, what were the most enjoyable aspects of being at ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've guessed that I've been around for a quite a while. But at the base of it, I'm jazzed to do my work You know, and what's the cause? The reason is that I've mentioned before that for people that I am working with, is best to be in the same group. Also, we have an online platform. have, in this market of merchants of record is leading in the field, and I'm able collaborate alongside those incredible people in shaping our future . This is why I'm here.
