Jan 13, 2023

Millie Adrian is on a task to train the next generation of social media influencers on how to earn money using Instagram.

Her passion for video production was evident from a very early age. In 2008, she launched an YouTube channel with her young brother. The channel ran for 9 years. "It was just fun," she says. "We created hilarious videos, skits, and mock-ups . We also tried various methods of living our lives. ."

She was given a job in a company at the age of twenty-one years old and was a bit bored by the creative possibility of the video industry. This was the time when she decided to write an essay using Instagram as a side of the work. The blog was advertised as a lifestyle site and posted "anything in between" posting photos of the latest trends, food items, coffee for travel, books, wine, and even her pet.

The account on Twitter she set up rapidly grew and before long she was frequently asked questions from users who followed her. They wanted to know what was why she was growing and also what the motivation of her snapping certain images and why her account was receiving more engagement. In order to provide her fans with pertinent facts, she decided to create another channel on YouTube. In the end, she decided to teach Instagram was her main goal.

"My YouTube was growing, my Instagram was expanding, and that created a flood of positive outcomes that brought to increase the number of users on my platform," she explains. "I took the decision to look at which of the platforms was most successful and then move on to the platform which has the highest successes. They really had the natural ability to interact with ."

October is the time when She stepped away from the world of work and created a ton of material. In the past, she's built an Instagram following of 117K. Furthermore, she's got an YouTube channel with 246k users . Additionally, she's launching online courses in 2021which has 600 people who are enrolled and earning upwards of $400,000 USD. "Next year, I'd like to be able to achieve 7 figures." She says this smiling.

Here are 10 of the ways she made more than six figures within her first year of marketing training products:

Skip ahead:

  1.       The gut feeling was to act on her instincts.
  2.       She has released three classes
  3.       She conducted market research to find the most affordable cost.
  4.       The content she created was the result of the things her customers were looking for.
  5.       She continues to improve the education experience for her students.
  6.       She was generous with her knowledge
  7.       The designer created the basic funnel used to make sales
  8.       Instructors gave out the gratuities at the end of each class.
  9.       It is possible for her to overcome the her burning out
  10.       She's stable

She was able to trust her instincts.

While working for her company, Adrian created content for Instagram as well as Youtube at weekends. The outlet helped to rekindle the creativity spark within her, and she was begging for the chance to put her efforts into it.

She was satisfied with her working hours of 9-5, but was numb with a "gut feeling" of knowing she would have the ability to continue. "I could not relax, because something inside of me said I could be thinking about it for a longer period of time," she explains. "I found that I had many more things to be contributing to the realm of ."

The choice was taken to take a break after she had earned infrequently less than half of the money she made in the field of writing commercial material. "Everyone will be confronted with diverse requirements during their transition," she says.

When she had achieved this goal and having achieved this goal she decided to take a break from her work and enter the realm of self-employment on the 4th of October, 2019. After a fervent follow-up with more time to spare the decision was made to move on to the next step on her path, which was the creation of an online training course.

She also announced three courses

At present, Adrian has three courses which include Modern Influencer that is her highest priced course, priced with $997 dollars. The name of the course"Email List 101" Email List 101, which is her mid-ticket course at $297 USD. The course is also known under the title The Reels Roadmap which is the cheapest course she offers that costs just $197 USD. All of her courses teach students how to become more effective creators of content on the web . Butthe modern Influencer course is the one she's particularly concentrated on.

The initial concept for Modern Influencer -- which began in June 2021. It was a six-week group coaching session for $597. Adrian was later able to alter the course to a 3-month one-on-one coaching course. But, Adrian quickly realized that she wasn't able to train hundreds of individuals using a one-on-one method. Adrian made the choice to transform"The The Contemporary Influencer" into a recorded course.

While searching for the best platform for offering online classes the instructor discovered an online platform she was drawn to due to the previous experiences she had in a variety of classes online as an undergraduate. Her favorite was the course she attended.

"From the viewpoint that of a student, it's the easiest method of studying, and also easy to learn."

In addition to offering three courses she has a variety of other products that are available to sell during checkout that can boost sales, such as the Pitch Email Templates Pitch Slide Deck Template , Kit Guide for Media Kit Guide plus over 100 caption suggestions.

She conducted the required market research to find the best cost

In order to determine the cost and find out the price of The Modern Influencer Modern Influencer Modern Influencer performed market research. She was interested in knowing what other authors are charging for similar programs. Then, she evaluated her curriculum against those that they had to offer. "I looked at the material provided by other authors in addition to my own method of instruction," she says.

"I haven't been able to locate an online class which dealt with brand names or Instagram collaborations. My class was a mix of both." Adrian says. Adrian. "That's my way of learning to be able to determine what is the most appropriate cost ."

Content was created in response to the needs of her audience.

Adrian developed her course however, she did not base her course on what she wanted to teach or on the types of courses readily available.

The people in the audience were asked to confirm if they had attended a class on Instagram along with what information they would wanted to know but weren't. Then, she came up with The Modern Influencer's course syllabus by "brain-dumping" everything information into sticky notepads. "The table was stuffed with sticky notepads" she jokes.

These notes are organized in alphabetical order starting with A and ending with Z. They covered all the details needed to transition from having no grasp of Instagram to being an all-time maker of quality content. Every A to Z topic was viewed as to be a module. All the sticky notes that remained became lessons. Though she states the focus of the course is Instagram however the curriculum changes frequently and every year, she'll add new courses. Additionally, she might look into adding other courses on YouTube and TikTok since they're the ones their clients have asked for.

The classes are taught with various materials. The instructor alternates between videos, her speaking or slide presentation along with screen-based videos. "It concerns what is being taught and how I believe learners are more likely be able to understand the subject matter," she says.

The videos she creates are created entirely ahead of time and have periodic Q&A sessions in her Facebook group. Facebook.

HTML0 She's always improving the experience of her students

This is the Facebook page Facebook is in which students from The Modern Influencer students can be located. Students can gain permanent access to the page. There is also a forum for students to discuss their questions regarding creating content.

Apart from the page on Facebook , she's experimented with different ways to keep her followers active in The Modern Influencer It is her intention to create The Modern Influencer certification to show that they've taken the training and have been considered to be an influential figure. She's also planning to join the ranks of those who successfully completed the program with branding agreements in the list of public relations. "I don't intend to start an agency. I'm trying to help people take that next step," she adds.

In addition, she would like to offer students an opportunity to become affiliates of the course. That means Adrian gives students a portion of tuition when they refer people. "Those are two instances of the ideas we're exploring. We'd like to develop an efficient strategy to be used next year's academic calendar,"" Adrian says.

She was extremely generous when giving her expertise

The people she is being influenced by is teenagers, who write media and wish to become the face of their business's online web presence.

"I am not a company or someone who does not like being photographed because a lot of my methods concentrate on making an emotional connection with the camera's customers," she declares.

In the eyes of her peers, establishing Adrian's followers was an act beyond her comfort zone However, she claims that "you don't grow from the comfort zones."

She says she built her name by investing in herself and advancing her knowledge. "For long periods of time I attended webinars on the web at free and observing what other people's work was being completed," she says. "I quickly noticed a difference as I purchased online classes that delivered what I was hoping for. ."

Her most important tip to help content creators create their identity is to express the thoughts of what they would prefer to share. The creators need to not assume the position of the protectors of information.

"Don't keep your secrets about the things you know Learn from the experience you have.Once I thought to myself: 'ask me put aside and give the information I'd learned without any intention of making a profit, people discovered me."

The designer created a basic sales funnel

In lieu of feeling intimidated by sales funnels that have intricate design, Adrian decided to keep his process easy.

In the months leading up the time when the launch of the brand new influencer started, she created the wait list with using an Google form. Additionally, she put the information for her contacts on her website, along with her social media accounts. As she began to announce The Modern Influencer, she received a roaring crowd who were eager to discover the email address associated with her program.

The course creators should stay clear of funnels that frighten their customers. Instead, they should create a simple funnel, like waitlists for leads, and make sure they've got customers who are keen to purchase their course once they launch it.

The instructor provided free things to students from every course.

The funnel for sales of Adrian is more advanced and she offers the materials for free that are exactly like her training. "When clients take advantage of the offer, or join the deals and later sign up for the offer, they'll be associated with an automated system for email that could later be sold on email marketing" she says.

In the case of Modern Influencer This webinar, hosted by the Modern Influencer in this webinar is one that lasts 60 minutes where she will show how to adhere to the 100-day Instagram strategy. This will be i.e. every step needed to reach 10,000 followers and make $1000 over the course of 100 days. Once they've completed their cost-free course, participants are upsold to the class.

If you are interested in people who would like to learn an Email List 101 course, she has a free 10-page PDF  that helps people start growing in their emails and maintain the list. To take this Reels Roadmap course, it costs nothing. The course can help increase the amount of views they see, get noticed and aid in getting reels noticed by millions of individuals.

She can be able to overcome the exhaustion

Although the company of Adrian has been growing quickly but it comes at a cost for her mental well-being.

When she was working hard in search of the dream job she wanted, however she was a teenager in her work routine. "I worked every day and every minute of the morning," she says.

After a string of burn outs, panic attacks and falling for some time following the first announcement of her software She decided to alter her course. After that, she decided to have an assistant handle the business's administration. "If I don't make videos to promote my company the business will fail," she explains.

Today, she's the digital director for business and an expert in funnel planning. An expert at creating interactive communities. She's an editor for virtual assistants, an expert in brand collaborations and an SEO expertand Pinterest director. When she joined a team, she's now able to establish the more personal and professional standards for taking care of herself. What's the consequence? An increased ability to focus on content creation instead of being a nuisance. "I've gained a lot of knowledge about myself in order to avoid hitting the threshold once more," she says.

She's always on the move.

One of the key points that Adrian discovered during her time to create content and the burnout process, was that it's a marathon, not an activity. Adrian recommends other creators follow similar methods, especially in avoiding burnout, and creating companies that endure.

"You're making this decision in order to develop a long-term vision," she explains. "You don't need to see immediate results. Nor are you looking to see immediate outcomes."

She advises makers to tackle their business each day in smaller chunks. "It is not necessary to be done all at once," she adds. "This is a plan for long-term goals. If that's what you're striving to achieve, try to become one percent better every day. When you concentrate on your goal, taking every step and over three years, you'll experience greater success than every other person who attempted to do everything in one go ."

Most notable was to earn an award called the YouTube Play Button -- an award awarded to the platform's most popular channels. "It is by far the most memorable experience I've had in my lifetime," she recalls and smiles. "I wish to journey back into the past and tell the 12-year-old Millie that her dreams that she had in her head could come true ."

What she would most like was that she could have the opportunity to become a believer in this process. If you're looking to become an online author She suggests focusing on the outcomes of a slow, consistent expansion. "Don't concentrate on the amount of time required," she advises.
