"I kind of misunderstood it was a vegan issue. I had been eating salad and fries in the dining hall of the college but it wasn't giving me the complete nutrition. Therefore, it was not a surprise that I didn't feel healthy."

Valeria was looking to provide a personalized, hands-on experience to her clients. This will offer clients more freedom. Then, 2020 happened.

In the midst of global chaos, Valeria thought it was time to do things according to her own style.

Initial couple of clients that will be found

The initial step was to Valeria utilized contacts she'd established by networking marketing. People she spoke to had a good understanding of Valeria's style of coaching and keen to have a personal and personal encounter.

After that, Valeria reached out to the circle of friends she met in the school environment, and to people in her community, the connections to her family and to people from that circle.

It started out as a little nerve-wracking when she explained the business concept she thought of "real-life" acquaintances and more beloved acquaintances. However, they proved to be the greatest supporters of her.

"I've switched around a few different ways in my business however my primary goal is to help people eat more plants. My goal is not to force people to change to a vegan diet. Many of my customers do not have a vegetarian diet. However, my goal is to guide them to eat healthy plant-based food as well as listening to their bodies."

There is the option of niche-seating

When she first had clients on her list, Valeria had a better idea of what she wanted her firm to appear as. Next, she needed to find her ideal audience. Her idea of reducing her base of customers as and also the amount of customers was difficult at first.

"It's appealing to make something that pleases everyone to help the most people you possibly can."

Today, Valeria believes that serving the needs of a particular group is the most important aspect that differentiates her company. She made the decision on serving people of color since she realized that customers of color frequently faced the same issues that she had experienced in her personal experience.

"I discovered that this is an extremely amazing subset of the population that I'm able to serve as the Latina I know what they're struggling with. I'm able to tackle specific concerns they could be having and that's something most people don't."

Valeria designed her program in order to help women of different backgrounds with incorporating the cultural traditions to their daily meals.

"I assist people in reconnecting with their ancestral food choices because it's often assumed that the food choices you select aren't nutritious, however that's rarely an issue," Valeria elaborates. "That mentality is based on eating habits as well as white supremacy. So getting rid of this by helping people achieve better overall health and well-being is my goal."

"There seven billion people around the planet. If you're trying to help every person and talk to all you're really speaking to just person. Focusing upon a particular segment of people with whom you've created a network... as they know that you're talking directly to the people they've built a relationship with."

Utilizing for an efficient and more efficient process

Following the definition of the business's concept, and then determining what market she was going to focus on, Valeria turned to to establish her business on the internet. Her current offerings consist of wellness session coaching along with the publication of an online book on the internet that contains plants-based Mexican recipes at her site.

" assists both on the side of entrepreneurs, as well as on the client's side. Customers have one account and are able to use any of the items they've bought from me."

Some ideas for other entrepreneurs and creators!

Take an active role in the decision-making process in addition to the importance of both physical and mental wellbeing.

Listen to the sound in your head. take note of what you feel is natural.

While as the president of the VegiVale , Valeria learned that having your own style creates distinct commercial.

"Put your blinders on because it's easy to look at the same thing that everyone else is doing. If you see one hundred people doing the same thing such as this, you'll feel compelled to copy the same thing," she remarks. "It's perfectly normal to draw the same analogies. .... The beauty of being a artist is that you're distinctive. There's no other person who can achieve your work as you do."

"The most amazing thing about being a writer is the fact that you're unique in unique kind. There's no one else who can do your work, in exactly how that you're going about it."
"Even although there many health professionals on the market I'm confident that whatever I am saying the message will be different from somebody else saying the same thing. Your words are received by a variety of people. If you try to be like others around you, you end up losing that distinct voice."

This, Valeria explains, is the secret ingredient that you can use as writing.

Valeria advises entrepreneurs to make a bold move and take the direction that is comfortable for you, regardless of making your own decisions in the industry you're working in. "Everyone's using TikTok this moment," she points out, "There are so many health professionals on the platform, and I thought I wasn't being heard. After I joined the platform, it became apparent that I wasn't heard, and it was not my kind to do."

For Valeria This style of presentation seemed to be more genuine and enjoyable.

"I can't say everything I have to say in between 15 and 60 minutes. Newsletters, however, have stood throughout the years. I'm seeking something classic if I'm willing to invest my energy into the project. If I followed the crowds and used TikTok but didn't consider the fact that it's a challenge to navigate and use, I'll say it's not my favorite lover of it."

This doesn't mean you shouldn't ignore everychallenge faced in your work. However, if there's a reason that you're not seeing the results you desire you want, think about other options.

Make sure you have the right balance between your work schedule as well as your personal time.

Many entrepreneurs, however, get caught up in overworking.

Sometimes, the shady hustle culture may be the cause.

At the beginning of marketing via networks, Valeria was always under pressure to be a tense worker and acquire new clients. The timetable was packed working in the evening after she had worked a regular job, and the following day, she could not to spend time with her loved ones.

This frantic, rushing high speed didn't bring results she expected and her mental well-being decreased as she wasn't able to see her friends and family.

In other instances, designers can be not able to focus because they are so enthusiastic.

"Creators have a greater risk because we are passionate about the work we perform. There is a tendency to blur the distinctions between work and pleasure along with work and creating the content. If you're passionate about what you do and you have a clear vision, it's hard to let go."

Valeria's suggestion: Take control of your time , and manage your company to give you the life/work harmony you're looking for.

"I observe a myriad of entrepreneurs and creatives that have left their jobs to copy that approach in their businesses," Valeria says. "Why do you need to make this decision? Why would you choose to take just two days off throughout the week on Sundays and Saturdays? Isn't that counterproductive?"

The power lies at your fingertips:

Take a day off when you need to.

Reduce your hours and never feel ashamed.

Select to work with less clients to allow you to enjoy longer durations of time.

Make achievable goals for yourself within a time frame that's reasonable.

Avoid following the traditional ways simply because you're comfortable with the way you're used to it.

"Don't ignore important things," Valeria reminds fellow creators. "You have the ability to live a rich life that isn't just online."

You must be secure when taking important decisions

When she first started the company, Valeria had to think about important decision-making. Today, she is conscious of the significance in being in tune with her instincts and committing to a goal is crucial to advancing her company.

"The approach you take to work your 9-5-day work schedule is different from what you do as an entrepreneur," she says.

"In the typical workplace you'll find deadlines, procedures and tasks However, there is somebody to guide you. When you're an entrepreneur, all you have to do is on your own. Only you can decide is you. Making decisions are yours to make It's crucial to make sure you are confident in your choices."

This is a huge amount of pressure for a new creator. If she's stuck or trying to figure it out, Valeria reminds herself that "not making a decision is an inherently decision." It will assist her in making a decision and then follow the strategy.

Be sure to take control of your mental and physical well-being

As the next step, Valeria emphasizes how important taking proper care of your well-being. When she traveled, Valeria noticed that when she did not feel well physically or mentally, her company suffered from a slump. When she was in good health, the business prospered.

To keep wellness on your list of priorities, Valeria follows the same guidelines she provides her clients whom she mentors. "How could I tell my clients to take a break at least eight hours each night taking plenty of fluids, and to eat their veggies even though I'm not?" she asks.

"I often think to myself "If I were my personal client what would I counsel me to do in this situation""
