Interview with Ben Pines from Elementor

Q1: Share with us your experiences with WordPress. When was the first time that you became associated in WordPress?

In the year 2006, that was that I first began my journey within the realm of marketing. I was part of an SEO agency. It was all the rage with SEO in the past when the only thing you needed to do in order to gain the amazing Google traffic was create an informative site and deliver it to your customer. That's the way I approached my job. I designed the WordPress site I created for my client's business to promote his company to ensure the site was found on Google's top. Following that I saw the strength of WordPress. I recall having an a heated discussion with my boss. He was one of the most well-known SEO people from Israel He said that WordPress was designed specifically for the use of blogs. According to him, WordPress did not work well with different types of sites. I'm pleased with my decision to stick on WordPress.

After that, I took the decision to establish my own business that was responsible for managing various affiliate websites constructed using WordPress. I managed them for seven years before I took on my current position as CMO for Elementor's Page Builder about two years ago.

Q2: What's the single most crucial thing that people should be aware of about the actions you take within WordPress in the moment?

The main objective of Elementor is to dramatically improve the process of creating websites using WordPress. One of the major drawbacks of WordPress is it's in not in a position to design conceptual concepts. We aim to bring creative features in WordPress that allow designers to improve and speed up their design workflow. Designers no longer have to depend on web developers for even the most minute adjustments they'll require. Our interactive and real-time editor allows users to create any sort of web page they'd like to create within just two-thirds of the time that was previously needed.

The work we're doing at WordPress currently is focused towards achieving our objective. It's been a short period between when we first began in 2000 and when we've had the chance to sign up many millions of WordPress users. A majority have picked Elementor as their primary instrument for generating and producing the feedback that they provide. We're planning to improve and extend Elementor's capabilities to those Elementor customers that are not compensated and our paid customers. In addition to creating our own page builders, we're also working to create videos that are of the highest quality and also helping to increase the quantity of users who is currently on Facebook (now more than 77,000) and also engaging with you through our blogs. Through our blogs, we've linked to WordPress as well as taking part in WordCamps.

3rd question: What hurdles faced you in getting access up to the level which you're at now professionally?

One of the biggest issues I've encountered in my professional life was trying to decide what steps I should take in order to be the most influential on what direction the company that I'm an employee of. Marketers have to constantly be faced with having to make decisions in the face of uncertainty. It's a problem that's never-ending that is divided into a variety of issues which you need to address regularly:

  • What can I do to develop a wide range of marketing abilities that focus on all of the?
  • What should I consider doing to better be in a position to better understand my clients requirements and potential customers?
  • What should I think about doing in order to use the present status of the project to provide the basis to increase the amount of leverage?
  • What should I do to defeat the most commonly-used criticisms that people make against advertising? And gain trust from my clients?

While I was working with Elementor it had numerous problems and issues that occurred. The market we entered was already home to several page builders that were well-known. The goal of our venture was to greet new customers as well as convince customers to select an alternative to page builders by using the same software they had already. This isn't an easy feat. It's a problem that's always present. However, this kind of complicated aspect is my favorite thing in the field of marketing.

Q4 Question 4: What's the most surprising thing you've seen as you started your journey into the WordPress world?

I was convinced that I had a good understanding of WordPress completely, having utilized it on personal websites for a long time. When I started working on Elementor along with Elementor I discovered that I didn't have any knowledge of how the WordPress community operated and how to make an impact on the. If you're the manager of the WordPress company, maintaining the connection of a full member of the WordPress community may not be as easy as you think. It's more than just going to WordCamps.

As opposed to homogenous communities, like the marketing or design community, WordPressers are an eclectic collection of people. From beginners to people interested in joining the blogging community. Make sure your program is suitable for various categories of users. Also, be conscious of the people you're attracted to and how they influence your interactions and act as per their expectations. It is possible to consider the possibility that some of the WordPress communities are closed-circuit creating a challenge. Joining an existing community or establishing your own community is an immense amount of effort. But, as we've witnessed this, it's essential to increase the reach of your WordPress already-established business.

It's crucial to emphasize the benefits of the WordPress community, too. There was plenty of help on all aspects from the group table. podcasters like Lee Jackson and Kim Doyal to developers like Josh Pollock, and everyone who was among the first people to use WordPress and helped us in the early days.

Question 5: What do you see the future holds for WordPress as well as other aspects of the WordPress world?

At Elementor we are looking to the future in the near term, and our targets are very extremely high. In the future, it could be achievable for Elementor to move from one site into the complete WordPress designing and developing stage of our site. The first step was the launch of our menu navigation release. It is expected to expand further in the coming months.

6. What are the main factors you think of when choosing the most trusted WordPress hosting provider?

Along with Elementor I manage my own web assets. I'm a webmaster and have more than 10 years of work experience with hosting service suppliers. The thing I consider to be most significant:

regularly scheduled backups. HTTPS and HTTP/2 support the most secure servers FTP access. It provides unlimited storage, professional assistance servers that can be found within my personal CDN in a myriad of places.

Q7: What are the things you like doing when you're away from your computer?

I've had the privilege of taking part in Improv theatre for quite a few years, and would love to have the chance to return once my kids are older (ages 1,4 five and four which is why I'm focused on them right now). I'm a huge admirer of excellent films (Lost and The Invisible) as well as amazing TV series (Fargo Season 3) and stand-up comedy (Bill Burr) in addition to fantastic novels (Artist And Margarite). I write with passion. At present, I write exclusively for the Elementor blog. However, I write for different websites.
