A decade or so in time, Lottie Murphy was able to discover her passion for Pilates while she was pursuing ballet. "It was a period of each day that I could concentrate and remain calm, and also maintain my body in good shape as well as strong, free from accidents," she says.

These moments of peace led her on a quest to improve her Pilates instruction and to become a Pilates instructor. The company is now an international website based on her love of Pilates and also offers live-streamed videos, recorded classes that are classes, retreats and workshops for free, along with other events as well as products.

"You might say that I am an avid practitioner of Pilates. The practice has been important to me more than a profession," she says.
