 A OVERVIEW

When a client churns or wants to migrate an active subscriber from their previous one to their New Vendor, we have to transfer their subscription information which is saved within our system. After that, we transfer the token for new customers to the New Vendor. This process usually takes approximately 10 weeks.

RELIABILITY

Migrating active subscriber/subscription data from the system and handing over the existing tokens via our existing Payment Processors to the New Vendor. When the data is passed to the newly-established vendor, the Seller is responsible for cancellation of subscriptions on the System to avoid any unintentional billings or customers complaining.

  • The only tokens we transfer are Credit Card tokens; due to the regulations and conformity, the business is not able to move PayPal tokens.

 PROCEDURE

Subscription migration is a procedure that involves five actions:

  1. We will give active subscribers and subscriber lists, based on processing type and payment method.
  2. The Processor will issue an official Letter of Intent (LOI) for the processing firm, which will indicate that the token will be exported to the New Vendor; The LOI may differ from Processor and the Processor.
  3. will connect the Seller, brand new Vendor to the current payment Processor to facilitate token transfer.

  • Schema of the file that is expected from the vendor, and the appropriate mapping ( will include the key or attribute to these tokens).
  • The processor is equipped with specific procedures to decrypt and encrypt data.
  1. Tokens will be provided to the new Vendor through the Processor that is currently in operation.
  2. Seller is able to deactivate their active subscription so that there are no double charges.

Prerequisites

  • New Vendor's site is PCI certified.
  • If you are receiving PAN numbers, additional security measures as instructed by the Processor need to be observed.
  • Store from which subscription must be transferred.
  • Expected date of migration and last charge.

Requirements

  1. :
  • New Vendors and Sellers can be connected with current Processors.
  • Send a Letter of Interest for every Processor.
  • The details of Shared Information to active subscribers. The information is separated by Processor.
  • If Rebill reference numbers are shared, it will be used as an identifier to map the tokens.
  1. Seller:
  • Give the most current Vendor contact information and provide the necessary compliance documents.
  • Set Cancellation/Deactivation date on the subscriptions they wish to migrate off of the System.
  1. Current Processor:
  • Connect to New Vendor and confirming compliance with the requirements.
  • Accept Letter of Intent and then begin to distribute tokens to the New Vendor.
  • Coordinate with New Vendor for data transfer and supply schemas to New Vendor. New Vendor.
  1. New Vendor:
  • Connect with current Processor.
  • Provide all documents of compliance in accordance with the request of the Processor in charge.
  • Find the schema details from Processor as well as a rebill reference (Identifier) From .
  • Distribute sample data from every Processor so that you can be sure that data is correctly mapped.

  • Security of data Security of data: Both Vendor and Seller are accountable for information security after it leaves the company's system. Seller should ensure that end customer's information is handled in a secure manner.
  • Rebills Seller should ensure that the subscriptions are cancelled prior to renewing through with the New Vendor, to avoid being charged twice.
