I'm a big admirer of the character Mr. Rogers and always wanted in some way to help people. It led me into 20 years of customer service and I have the ability to assist, help troubleshoot and cheer our customers on!

Eyal loves searching for the top new dining establishments

Thanks to a friend's nudge to find it, I did  an old-fashioned restaurant, and after 6 years I've never thought about it. If I'mn't helping my customers or serving food, I'm on the hunt for the latest hidden gem or plotting my next trip with the family, drinking a coffee in one hand with a bite to eat in the other.

What is your typical day job here at entail?

Everyday is an exciting, fresh adventure! I am able to assist clients from around the globe and help them solve their problems. Whether it's explaining our benefits for members or delving into an issue that is difficult to solve, I'm glad to be here and make things easier for them.

With AI becoming a growing communication tool, I focus on keeping our human supporter in place, creating genuine connections, proactively pursuing their needs, and ensuring everybody is supported, well-informed and able to achieve.

Please relive one of your favourite interactions with our (potential) clients - what issue or problem they faced and how you resolved it

A customer wanted to offer an offer to its members isn't available from the start. Instead of telling them "no," (we do all we can to not) I came up with a clever solution by using our API.

The solution they chose was tailored to their needs and worked perfectly! We were all thrilled with the outcome, turning a challenge into a win.

In your opinion, what makes a great membership business?

It is my belief that keeping members engaged is the key to creating a successful subscription company. When creators are able to connect with their members and their members, it's not just a monetary transaction--it's creating an environment where the members feel they are part of an organization.

What have you learnt at ?

It has been my experience that effective communication is key in customer service, no matter if it's in person or via the internet. Although online support can seem easier, choosing the wrong tone, or employing confusing language can result in customer discontent.

That's why using the PREACH communication model (Proud, Responsible and Empathetic, as well as Articulate, Concise Human) is essential when helping each client.

I truly love working with my team of support since everyone is a model of the same qualities when it comes to customer interactions. What is my most valuable lesson? Communication is a skill that you can develop through practice as well as a determination to improve from the mistakes you make.

What are three suggestions you would give to someone in your department or industry?

Three suggestions for success in customer support:

  1. You can ask questions and then additional questions, in order to comprehend the needs of your client and find the source of the issue.
  2. Make sure to follow up on a regular basis in case you don't get a response. Customers appreciate your effort to follow up, especially when everyone is working.
  3. Make sure you keep your promises. Remaining true to the promises made to your customers builds trust and ensures long-term satisfaction. It was said you'd contact them at a specific time, don't forget!
