I'm a big admirer of the persona of Rogers. Rogers was always looking to assist those in need. This led to me completing twenty years of helping customers to assist, helping with solving problems, and cheering our customers!

With AI growing into a stronger technology that is able to communicate, work in tandem and collaborative ways and collaborate, my goal is to make sure that the interactions with humans are of the highest high-quality, connecting with actual people, seeking what their customers need and making sure that each person receives the appropriate guidance and assistance, and is set up for success results.

Do you recall a memory regarding one of the most memorable experiences during a conversation with one of our (potential) customers? Are you able to recall the challenge or issue you had to address and the solution you devised.

One of our customers wanted a particular promotion for their members that cannot be provided with the usual way. Instead of being able to say "no," (we do everything we can to help achieve it) I found a new solution using our API.

The solution they created was adapted to the needs of their customers and it was flawless! Everyone was stunned by the result. The issue was transformed into an opportunity.

According to your view, what are the most important elements needed for an organization to be successful? can be effective in attracting the members?

I believe that keeping your customers satisfied is the most important factor for the success of your subscription-based company. If the creators can be able to interact with their customers and make it more than the exchange of funds. It's about creating a space that makes customers feel they're a element of the larger community.

What are you most fond of about your education ?

A clear and effective communication strategy is vital to giving customer support, no matter the support is offered face-to-face or on the web. Even though online customer service could appear more manageable, an unprofessional tone, or a sloppy tone can cause discontent among clients.

The PREACH model for communicating (Proud Honest, Reliable empathic, clear and understanding human) is essential when working with clients in any way.

I'm very grateful for being part of my support team, as each one has the same qualities that they exhibit in their interactions with their customers. The most important lessons I've learnt? Communication skills can improve with time if you're willing to make mistakes.

Three suggestions that you could recommend to a person within your own department or in the field?

Three suggestions to make sure you're happy with the customer service:

  1. You can ask questions, or other questions to understand the client's demands and determine what is causing the issue.
  2. Keep in touch if don't receive a response, our customers appreciate the dedication and time spent making sure that everyone's in the loop.
  3. It is your responsibility to keep the terms of your obligations. Remain faithful to the commitments you've given to your clients improves confidence and assure the satisfaction of your customers. It was said that you should notify customers two days ahead to ensure they'd never forget!
