With regards to metrics, less is more. In order to help you get through the clutter and focus on the most important member-related metrics, and then displaying the results in a way that is easy to understand so you can stay focused on member growth and retention.

Here's what we're tracking: ( expanded / new)

  • Recurring revenue per month is the essential metric to consider for the business of membership. It provides the answer to: How much money will I make? Our metrics now provide the rationale behind the numbers (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net income will tell you how much money you made last month (minus refunds) as well as where the money was derived from.
  • Payment members lets you explore the entire amount of recurring members that are in your accountas well as the modifications that impact that total.
  • Churn shows how much money you've lost -- whether voluntary or involuntary as well as total $ used to churn.
  • Trials shows you the number of members who have decided to keep their recurring subscription after their trial ends.
