"One of my hobbies is keeping up-to-date about the latest technology going on within the tech and business realms," starts Keith Andade who has worked in software as an service (SaaS) for the past seven years.

But I realized in order to have a successful conversation with my clients I had to be able to do more than simply comprehend technology but not only understand how their company is managed, but keep up-to-date with current trends."

Keith was known to spend his free time scouring the internet and searching for articles, in order to share them with his loved ones and family. "I realized that I would rather not send them articles every day on something I find intriguing'. Thus, I developed this service called newstext to send a short information on the latest happenings." Keith created an automation with Zapier along with ChatGPT to search for interesting articles that he enjoys, to then distill them into short bullets, and then send them as a text message to the subscribers." Keith explains.
Social media's issues
"Our clients love social media. We all do - it's just that immediate gratification" Keith continues. But the problem with social media is it requires all of your time. There is TikTok to find some quick news videos. Or you could make use of Instagram or follow your preferred celebrity to get a daily update on the most recent news, but the issue is that every time you start an application, you're exposed and ideas that are displayed in your newsfeed."
Keith thinks that the advantage for The Morning Byte is it is a way to block out other content competing with your attention. "It's a text message; It's accessible anytime you'd like. This is your chance to regain freedom," he explains.

"I think social media could be fun. I enjoy it, but I'm just not convinced it's a great concept. My opinion is that it's not good for our mental health. It's not good for our mental health.
