Like you might know, is owned by Automattic The company that runs WordPress.com. That's why WordPress.com, from the date of January 1 2021 it will be covered under the identical terms of Service employed by WordPress.com.

These Terms already apply to you if you have an .com account or if you install and connect to Automattic's Jetpack plugin. It is unlikely that you will notice any modifications in your store, or any of our services and products because of these changes.

We're removing the distinct Use Terms to streamline your customer agreement and wanted to let you know ahead of the switch to let you know what's going to change and the reasons behind it.

These changes will take effect on January 1, 2021. If you continue to use our services after that date, your use is conforming to our revised Conditions of Service.
