. I'm about to make this statement: I'm fascinated by historical events.
The history classes in my youth were my most favorite during high school. I'm not sure why.
Perhaps it's because we take lessons from other people just like us, who have faced similar struggles to those that we face today.
That said, it will not come as a shock that this infographic has caught my attention.
In the beginning, we must do the past.
But secondly, it is connected to an industry that is one that is one that I am passionate about.
I'm not convinced of the precise date for the informationgraphic. Are you able to provide any details about the date when learning and development first began? It seems like humans are studying, learning and growing for quite a long time .
It's interesting to take a glimpse into the history of this area that's growing at an ever-increasing rate.
It's no surprise to find that many of the most formal training and development initiatives in the news include the military. It is evident that (for reasons of any kind) combat brings an ingenuity that isn't found in different aspects of the society.
The image is centered on the 1900s and most likely, it is for an excellent reasons. The 1900s were the "boom" moment for education and growth.
After 2000, eLearning is beginning to greatly influence the training and development market through MOOCs and the use of gamification.
The one thing that is certain is this industry will stay and always evolving with respect to advancements in technologies available.
