What are you able to do to stay clear of the chaos of coaching -

Jun 27, 2024

The majority of coaches I have spoken to feel overwhelmed by all of the tasks they are required to complete.

The business isn't certain of who they would like to be their ideal client.

They have too many offers.

They're too busy to attempt to attract attention or lead.

It's not easy for them to determine how they can enroll individuals into the program.

They have too many applications that require them to make bonds using zaps and rubber bands.

They put too much effort into their clients and end up burning out, even though they enjoy coaching.

Are any of these topics in tune with you?

Three types of overstress that I frequently witness coaches suffer in:

Strategies that overwhelm

Clients overwhelmed

Systems overwhelm

Let's take a look every one of them at.

Strategies that overwhelm

If it's about strategies, the majority of coaches are able to offer multiple options. They're doing a lot in an effort to get the attention of prospects and gain their interest, and they often don't be aware of the type of client to target.

Also, there's a lack of understanding of what they'd like their ads for people to join their program.

In the beginning it's likely that you'll be trying out. That's okay.

However, you're really hoping to be able to hit your Five Ones.

Five Ones: Five Ones say that if your focus is solely on...

One avatar

One source of traffic

One deal

One enrollment mechanism

One year

You can hit a million dollars in revenue.

If you're still not close to the level of a million dollars, do not ever think about having a second avatar. other traffic source, a new promotion, or an additional registration mechanism.

Coaches that aren't earning as much as they would like, believe they should add more services, products, more avatars, more traffic sources ... every move is an opportunity to grow their reach to bring in more customers.

It's the opposite case.

The aim is to narrow it down. Be sure to be specific. Choose.

The key is to make the right decision.

It's all about making the decision to take the correct option, then executing it.

It is possible to use any of them work.

Pick one you love, keep it in mind until you have reached the million dollars.

I know how hard this can be.

With the proper guidance and support, you will succeed in making them work.

If someone else was successful in this way If you've been successful, you can try it too.

Then, it's just getting the correct information.

Client Overwhelm

Although we coaches are enthralled by working with our clients and enjoy coaching however, there are times when the pressure becomes too intense.

When you're doing many 1-on-1 sessions with clients it's not difficult to get exhausted.

It is common to say the exact same thing repeatedly and time again.

The feeling that you experience when you're feeling a surge of incredible energy flow out of you in the course of working with a client. However, you don't know exactly where it originated from. It's incredible!

It's a shame that nobody else will have the opportunity to take in your captivating narrative, as you're sharing it in a one-on-one meeting!

A few coaches do not just 1:1 work, but they're as well doing work for their students. The model is done for you.

And yes, you can raise your fees in order to get more for your coaching and can possibly take on fewer clients.

However, it's difficult to scale.

What's scalable is group coaching.

Design a system for groups that allows you to work with customers in a group.

The framework, the template as well as live group coaching, and even an online community.

In addition, they receive you, but they also get other benefits.

As the amount of customers you serve increases as do the value of your service.

If you're currently not offering group coaching or if coaching for groups isn't your main focus of your business, it should be your top priority and should be considered the "One offer" in the Five Ones.

Systems overpower

It's pretty common these days to own at minimum one, five, seven, eight or more softwares to run your coaching business.

Webhosting similar to Wordpress or Wix

Marketing software to send emails or an email service provider (Email Service Provider) like MailChimp or ConvertKit

Carts to shop like Shopify or Samcart

Platform for courses or LMS like Teachable or Kajabi

Video host such as Vimeo or Wistia

Funnel software or a page builder like ClickFunnels or LeadPages

Software designed for community as Circle or MightyNetworks

Scheduler such as Calendly or SavvyCal

Survey instrument as similar to TypeForm and SurveyMonkey

Tracking tool for affiliates such as Tapfiliate and Post Affiliate Pro

Pipeline for sales similar to Pipedrive or Close.com

CRM such as Hubspot or Ontraport

Zapier is a way to join them all!

There's a bit of similarity in the list since some of these tools do different things.

There are other terms that are often used and I haven't listed them.

It grows quite quickly.

This doesn't just add to the expense of an item per month.

In addition, it requires a lot of additional work as well as the mental energy of your.

The first issue is fatigue when you have to decide on each of these options.

For each category listed there are many alternatives, and each has its strengths and flaws. A few of them span multiple categories.

It is important to test them each one, and then choose which is your favorite. Then figure out what they'll do when integrated with the other stacks you have.

Now comes the process of integration.

Do they talk directly with each other? Do you need Zapier in order to "zap" them?

It's another issue and the connections are brittle.

It's likely to happen, particularly in the period of holiday and it's on you (or your team, if you already have one, and they will solve the issue) and to correct it.

Then there's the mental bandwidth that comes with having to switch between programs that are operating in a different way.

It causes lots of context switching in which you have to change working style every several minutes.

If you're uploading your logo at more than four locations you need to consider an alternative that is more efficient.

With NO zaps.

There is no glue.

There aren't any rubber bands.

Everything you require to manage your business from the same location.

If you were to locate your home on the edge of.

All of the components communicate easily with each other.

The clients will need to enter their information once. After that, you'll already have their information stored in your database.

It's possible to link to the opt-in page and let them set up a strategy meeting with you.

Easy. Clean. Simple.
