You know when it's right It's right
If there's a lesson I've discovered (over and over) in the last couple of years, it's this: the moment you have a relationship that is right, you know it.
In actual fact, I'd delete "work" from that sentence.
If you question the relationship It's because it's not the way to go.
Your gut knows.
But so many times, I've attempted to make it work anyway.
I deeply care about the people I work with.
I am able to see their potential.
I can see the possibilities for them , if they'd like it.
I can see the possibilities we have to make by working together.
If it's not there then it's not there.
In the end, it's always a loss.
The relationship comes to an end.
And you'd have been better off cutting the cord much earlier.
Which relationships in your professional life are you required to examine?
The power question is "Would I hire this person again in the event that they weren't working for you?"
If no, you gotta let the people go.
They'll be more content elsewhere.
You will too.
It's a tough call to make, but it's also one of our most important responsibilities as entrepreneurs.
Love,
